What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Can I change my order?

After an order has been confirmed we start working on it immediately. You will receive 1 hour from purchase to alter or cancel your order. However, if your find that you wanted to add additional items to your purchase and it's too late, we guarantee free shipping to your address for 24 hours after your initial purchase.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Viru-Cleanser accepts the following forms of payment: Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Discover, and Paypal.

How long will it take to ship?

Answers are all relative to your location. You should receive an email with your detailed shipping information. This would include your packages approximate arrival. If you do not receive an email please direct yourself to our Contact Us page. 

Can I reserve an item?

Due to high demand we are unable to hold items for customers. We typically restock our online store weekly. If you're looking for an item and it's currently out of stock check back frequently.
